We get more silly as we get older...

Ahoy mateys! We've been busy, and certainly up to no good. We've seen some great bands, made some prank phone calls, taken over a few small countries, and even written some new music. It's been pretty rad. This past Friday we had the pleasure of playing at The Haven Orlando with our friends in "Blaine The Mono" and "I Am The Sea" as well as our friends on tour "Fur Elise" and of course "Daybreak Embrace". "Daybreak Embrace" actually just kicked off their most recent tour so it will be a few months before we see them again. After staying up all night with "Fur Elise" we all ventured out to Lakeland, FL Saturday to play at an awesome venue called "Evolution records" with "Tug". We also brought along our friend Charles Washington from "Ideal Zero" and "Stand Well Among Giants" as our bodyguard*.  It was definitely a lot of fun to play with "Fur Elise" two nights in a row, and it was a lot of fun to be able to bring a friend along. On Sunday "Fur Elise" returned home to Savannah, GA but we'll be seeing them again very soon because...

We will be crossing the Georgia state line this Saturday to play in Savannah! We can't wait to play in this beautiful city. We won't have the pleasure of playing with "Fur Elise" again but we look forward to having a beer with them at the show and reviewing the trail of destruction we left in Florida together the previous weekend. Don't be mad, we just had to make up for a pretty weak hurricane season in Florida*.

The next couple of months will be quite hectic for us as we prepare for our next visit to the studio, but we'll be around. You can always find us out at shows taking advantage of opportunities to see some local bands rock out. Well kids, that's about it. Until the next blog absurdity...

Fact of the week:
When kicking back and having a good time with friends we like to wear silly hats for no reason other than the fact that they look completely awesome...
And if this isn't enough for you we kept it going this past weekend at The Haven with some super sweet home-made bandannas. If you were in the crowd you likely were supplied with one...
